Highly recommend this app !!!
As a very Controlled Asthmatic, during an attack the best home remedy for me is to sip( with a straw) 1-3 large glasses of ice water. To break up mucous & help relax/open my airway/ lungs. Also, elevate your head/upper body & force on relaxed breathing/ meditation along with a prescribed rescue inhaler. These things very truly saved me fm numerous emergency room visits. Seek Medical/ Emergency Room treatment as needed.
