Also, you can consider mixing aloe vera with coconut oil and go through the same procedure.
Avocado and Banana
Combining mashed banana and avocado makes a thick mask that strengthens and nourishes brittle hair. The vitamin E found in avocados helps in the general growth and well being of the shaft. Vitamin B, AΒ and protein in avocado helps promote healthy hair. Bananas on the other hand have potassium and vitamin A that help in regulating moisture balance in the scalp hence making the hair grow thicker and healthy.
Eggs
Egg contain a large amount of protein which is needed for thicker and stronger hair. Protein helps to make the hair follicle stronger and stronger strands of hair are less likely to break. Also, it plays major role when it comes to hair conditioning and moisturizing as well. Eggs are also rich in vitamins: A,B,D, and E that balance sebum production in the scalp which ensures that hair grows thicker and stronger. Beat an egg and massage it gently on the scalp then distribute it evenly using a wide-tooth comb. Leave the hair for around 30 minutes then rinse it out with water and a mild shampoo. Do it weekly for better results.
Indian Gooseberry
Indian gooseberry help in maintaining good hair growth and a healthy scalp. Itβs iron content and antioxidant property reduces hair loss by not allowing free radicals to damage hair follicles. Eating fresh gooseberry or applying its paste on hair roots improves hair growth and color. Add one spoonful of Indian gooseberry to 2 spoonfuls of coconut oil then blend to make a thick paste then apply it gently on your scalp. Do this procedure before bed time and rinse your hair in the morning with a mild shampoo. Do this procedure at least once a week for better results.
