Eating fresh gooseberry or applying its paste on hair roots improves hair growth and color. Add one spoonful of Indian gooseberry to 2 spoonfuls of coconut oil then blend to make a thick paste then apply it gently on your scalp. Do this procedure before bed time and rinse your hair in the morning with a mild shampoo. Do this procedure at least once a week for better results.
